We would welcome you to please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Lauren O website. Without prejudice to the above, by using or accessing our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of use as they apply to your use of or access to our website. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use our website.
Booking Services
To arrange a service, simply complete the ‘Contact us’ page within the website.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any services. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.
Complaints

Age Policy
Please note that all treatments are available, although parental consent will be required to anyone who is under the age of 16 years.
Male Client Policy
Please note that only male clients who are related to, or introduced by a current female client will be eligible for services by Lauren O. We reserve the right to refuse bookings from male clients at any time.
Cancellation Policy
Lauren O reserves the right to change the date or cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to fire, disputes, by order of any public authority or any other force majeure event.
Please note we require 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule all appointments. If you cancel or re-schedule within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
Please note that any group bookings are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Should Lauren O be unable to provide the full service(s) booked, or any of the booked appointment due to a customer running late or being absence then no refund will be provided.
Making Your Booking
Bookings can be prepaid at the time of making the appointment.
Payments can be made cash, visa or debit card.
Please note that all appointments will be confirmed / reminded the Sunday prior by text message.
Contra-indications/ Special Requirements
Please note that there are some contra-indications to some treatments and if you have any medical problems you must inform Lauren O at the point of booking or before the service is carried out.
For example Heart Conditions, High/Low Blood Pressure, Circulatory Disorders, Epilepsy, Arthritis / Rheumatism, Diabetes, Allergies or if you are pregnant, (this list is not exhaustible,) you should advise. In addition, we may ask you to seek the advice of your doctor. We are unable to give opinions on any medical conditions.
If you do not inform us of any special requirements at the time of booking we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully accommodate to your requirements or carry out services requested at the time of the visit. If any service is found unsuitable we will recommend an alternative where possible, subject to availability.
During the first 12 weeks and after 28 weeks of pregnancy we advise no body treatments
Insurance
Lauren O is fully insured and can show proof of membership at your appointment.
Use of Information
When you give us information, it may be used for a number of different purposes which are listed below.
The basic information you give us is necessary for us to operate our service for you. We ask for your contact details, such as your e-mail, to enable us to resolve any queries you may have about using the site and for us to notify you about your service.
We aim to utilise the latest in Server Technology to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards. We never make your personal details available to anyone else for marketing purposes.
If you would prefer not to receive occasional mailings from us please advise so. Remember we will only send you email updates to the address you provide us with. We will not pass this information onto any other organisation.
To learn what our customers want: Any extra information we ask for helps us to understand our customers better – we think that it is important to keep improving our service.

We will try to make our website available but cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability.
